In-House Corporate Finance & M&A Counsel

Centrica plc in Reading is seeking an England & Wales qualified lawyer to join the Corporate, Finance and M&A team as in-house counsel. You will work on acquisitions, disposals, equity investments and joint ventures, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and supporting execution.

You will provide legal advice across treasury facilities, bonds, trade finance and derivatives, and advise on pensions governance and funding.
