In-House Corporate Counsel - M&A & Growth

RSK Group in Cheshire is seeking a Corporate Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE to join our busy in-house legal team, based primarily in Helsby. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with flexible working arrangements.

You will advise on corporate acquisitions, support post-acquisition matters, and help with group reorganisations and international projects. The role offers growth within M&A and broader commercial matters across the UK and abroad.
