In-House Commercial Lawyer - Law Firm

- Advising on issues spanning data protection, supplier contracts, outside counsel terms, sanctions, conflicts, and wider regulatory change
- Support teams through practical, commercially attuned guidance, draft and negotiate agreements, and assist with professional conduct queries
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the firm's risk culture - whether through training, awareness raising, or input into cross functional projects
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with strong commercial acumen to broaden their expertise in legal risk management within a collaborative, growing environment. The ideal candidate will be 2+ PQE and have proven experience reviewing commercial contracts.
