In-Home Care Team Leader & Quality Champion

Angels is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead domiciliary care in clients' homes, combining hands-on tasks with staff oversight and quality monitoring. You will ensure person-centred care plans are followed and documentation is accurate, reporting to the Registered Manager and Care Co ordinator.

The role includes admin days, care calls, on-call duties, and weekend work, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and service improvement.
