IMS Co Ordinator

Contract Type: Temporary (12 Months)
Are you passionate about quality management and ensuring compliance in the service industry? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic IMS Co Ordinator to join their dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity to support the effective implementation and maintenance of their Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO standards.
About the RoleAs the IMS Co Ordinator, you will report directly to the Business Manager and collaborate closely with the Group Quality Department. Your mission will be to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update IMS documentation to align with BSI standards
- Coordinate internal audits and track corrective actions for timely closure
- Communicate audit schedules and requirements to senior managers
- Support external audits, providing evidence of compliance
- Collate and report on IMS performance metrics, non conformities, and improvement actions
- Promote awareness of IMS requirements throughout the organisation
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality, environmental, and health & safety objectives
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities to connect with diverse audiences
- Customer focused mindset, prioritising the needs of stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems ️
- Awareness of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) is essential
- Experience in IMS coordination or internal auditing is a plus
- Knowledge of audit processes and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams
