A well established and growing freight forwarding business is seeking a motivated and organised UK Import Co ordinator to join its busy and supportive operations team. The company provides flexible transport and logistics solutions across Europe and requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with a strong customer focus.

In this fast paced and varied position, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and arranging import deliveries throughout the UK
• Liaising effectively with internal customs personnel
• Managing import bookings and inputting data into internal systems
• Providing high quality customer service and day to day support
• Communicating with clients to ensure the smooth movement of goods
• Assisting with general administrative tasks
• Completing Import Customs Clearances, or being willing to learn

Import or customs experience is beneficial, but candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
