Implementation Lead: Change & Adoption Champion

Voyage Care is seeking an Implementation Service Lead to drive the rollout of a new HR, Payroll and Workforce Management system. The role involves close collaboration with services and stakeholders, delivering training, and acting as the face of change across UK sites.

You will travel across the UK, spend significant time on-site at services during implementation, and support teams through the change journey to ensure a smooth adoption.
