This role plays a pivotal part in delivering high-impact, custom implementations of intelligent capture solutions that power mission-critical workflows for enterprise clients. You'll be the behind-the-scenes force ensuring complex systems come together seamlessly-from first install through successful go-live.

Compensation
- $90k-$110k/yr DOE
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting backend system setup, configuration, and integrations for client implementations
- Partnering with field and Professional Services teams before, during, and after go-live
- Troubleshooting application, database, and system issues tied to deployments
- Coordinating technical requirements tied to Statements of Delivery
- Providing real-world feedback to Product Engineering and Development teams
- Assisting with testing of new products and enhancements prior to release
- Maintaining technical documentation and configuration standards
What You'll Need to be Considered
- Hands on experience with OCR and data capture/workflow solutions
- Background supporting custom, high dollar enterprise implementations
- Ability to connect databases and configure complex integrations without coding
- Experience working with enterprise customers in technical environments
- Highly detail oriented and process driven approach to project completion
- Ability to travel up to 70%
