Impactful Registered Manager - Children's Home

Horizon Care Ltd is seeking a Registered Manager for a children's residential home in the East Midlands. This full-time role (37.5 hours) offers up to £60,000 per year plus a £7,500 welcome bonus.

You'll lead a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide a nurturing environment for young people. You'll drive quality care, manage resources and budgets, and safeguard young people by liaising with professionals.
