Job Description
Wiltshire Council is seeking a values-led Regional Director of Education to lead school improvement across Wiltshire's academies. You will translate vision into sustained impact for pupils and staff, working with Headteachers and the Academy Improvement Team.
You will provide high support and high challenge, ensure rigorous accountability and develop confident leaders through CPL and data-informed practice, within our Christian ethos. Salisbury-based role.
