Impactful Learning Disability Support Worker Growth & Development

Marva is actively recruiting for a Learning Disability Support Worker to assist young people with learning disabilities and complex needs in their homes and local community. The role focuses on person-centred support, promoting independence and social confidence within a compassionate, resilient team.

The ideal candidate has 12+ months' experience, PMVA training and holds NVQ/QCF Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care, with valid UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.
