Impactful HR Advisor (18-Month FTC)

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a brand-new HR Advisor role in a purpose-driven organisation focused on sustainability and people. This 18-month FTC role, based in Aylesbury, supports managers and employees with high-quality advice across the HR lifecycle, with travel to sites 3-4 times monthly.

You will work with HR partners on ER cases, policy development, job evaluation, and employee engagement initiatives, delivering practical guidance and ensuring policies are applied
