Impactful Head of School - Alternative Provision Leader

Ormiston Beachcroft Academy in Westminster seeks a Head of School to lead day-to-day operations, implement improvement priorities and ensure high standards of education, behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.

You will work closely with the Executive Principal to ensure consistent systems across the academy's provisions, supporting staff to deliver excellent teaching and care for students and families, and to foster a culture of professional development, accountability and continuous improvement
