Impactful Family Hub Activity Coordinator

Hull City Council is seeking an Early Help Activity Co-ordinator to increase face-to-face delivery across the Family Hub network. The role focuses on supporting parents and carers with babies aged 0-2, developing and delivering targeted Early Help services across Hull.
