Impactful Elder Care Activities Coordinator - 24h/wk

The Heathers Nursing Home is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator to develop and deliver a 7-day activities programme for our residents. This hands-on role includes planning an ongoing activities diary and promoting engagement across the home.

You will work with care staff to tailor profiles, research outings, maintain accurate records, and ensure safety and person-centred care. A positive, upbeat attitude and strong writing and communication skills are essential.
