Impactful Complex Needs Caseworker for Homelessness Support

St Mungo's in Oxford is seeking a Complex Caseworker to join the Rough Sleeper team. You will oversee a caseload and provide day-to-day support to help clients transition from street homelessness to sustainable accommodation, with a strong focus on tenancy sustainment.

You will work with health, housing, employment and training services, advocate for marginalised clients, and build relationships with partner agencies to deliver lasting outcomes.
