Impactful Community Housing Support Worker

Nacro is seeking a Housing Support professional in Stockport to provide housing and tenancy support, assess needs, and help clients sustain independent living. You will work with vulnerable adults, manage housing applications and rent processes, and coordinate with probation services and housing providers.

Regular travel and a current driving license are required. DBS and HMPPS checks are mandatory, with salary starting at £26,807 pro rata and progression targets to £27,477 pro rata within the
