Impactful Children's Support Worker - Flexible Schedule

Paragon Social Care is seeking compassionate and resilient individuals to join our team as Children's Support Workers. You'll help change a young person's life by providing daily care, building trusted relationships, and supporting education and life skills.

A full UK driver's licence and your own car are required, along with patience, empathy, and emotional resilience. The role may include waking nights, weekends and sleep-ins, and a DBS check will be completed.
