Impact Finance Trustee - Independent Director

A charitable organization for sports is seeking an Independent Director for Finance to guide financial matters and support the Finance Director in overseeing audits and accounts. The role demands substantial experience in finance or accounting and leadership skills. Although unremunerated, reasonable travel expenses will be covered. Candidates are expected to attend a minimum of four meetings annually, either online or at the office in Leamington Spa.
