Sovereign & Bale in Redruth is seeking an Employment Adviser to support people with multiple barriers to move into sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, empower participants and broker relationships with employers and community organisations to create opportunities.

The role requires a tenacious, highly organised, target-driven approach, with strong time management, coaching/mentoring skills, and willingness to travel locally to meet customers and employers.
