Immersive Experience Host: Story-Led Guest Journey

Harrods is seeking an Immersive Experience Restaurant Host in London to create a warm, theatrical welcome and guide guests through a story-led hospitality experience from arrival to departure. The role is fixed term for 12 months, based in our Knightsbridge store, delivering moments of surprise and delight.

You will own the customer journey, manage bookings and queues, and collaborate with FOH, dining, retail and kitchen teams to sustain a high-energy experience that feels personal and memorable.
