Job Description
What You'll Get Up To 
- Demonstrate your passion for customer service to deliver a warm welcome and unique and special experience to guests.
- Support your team to create a positive and infectious energy that excites guests.
- Use your personable skills to respond to different situations and different customer requirements.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for cocktails and beverages and a desire to continue to develop your knowledge.
- Share your knowledge of our cocktails and drinks menu to create a unique and immersive drinking experience for our guests.
- Deliver impeccable attention to detail for drinks preparation and presentation.
- All bartenders will begin their journey on a training rate tronc, once training has been successfully completed the tronc rate will be increased.
- Monthly sessions for all the team to experience from massages, yoga, pottery painting and much more.
