Immediate Start: Production Operator (Temp-to-Perm)

Interaction Recruitment is offering a superb opportunity in Nuneaton for a temporary to permanent role on an automated production line. Candidates will initially train on the 6am to 2pm shift, transitioning to the ongoing 2pm to 10pm shift from Monday to Friday.

The role involves physical activities including filling the production line with bags and other tasks. Candidates must be physically fit and comply with drug testing requirements.

Hourly rates are £12.98 with additional allowances for afternoon shifts, and applications can be made online or via email.
