Job Description

Recruit UK are supporting a well-established financial planning firm based in Reading who are looking for an IFA Administrator to join their growing team.

Our client is a growing and forward-thinking financial planning firm specialising in retirement planning, pensions, and intergenerational wealth management. They pride themselves on delivering a high level of personal service and building long-term relationships with their clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing client queries and maintaining accurate records on Intelliflo (iO)
  • Processing new business, provider applications, and policy updates
  • Obtaining quotes, illustrations, and product information
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings and annual reviews
  • Placing investment trades and processing fund switches
  • Ensuring all activity meets FCA, AML, and GDPR requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year experience supporting advisers
  • Previous IFA administration experience preferred
  • Intelliflo (iO) experience beneficial but not essential
  • Good knowledge of investments, pensions, and wealth planning
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
