Identity Management Officer

The main purpose of the role is to grant access to the restricted areas of Heathrow Airport in line with the Heathrow Security Standards and Department for Transport Statutory, while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes pass administration duties and issuing passes, and may also require covering other duties to support operations. Responsibilities include delivering a customer-focused identity management service and reviewing and assessing application details to ensure compliance with legislation and the Heathrow ID Pass Standard.

This is a full-time role with no flexibility to work remotely.
