IDD Residential Care Manager - Lead & Innovate

TTM Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Persons in Charge for the Carroll and Kilkenny locations in a Residential Service for adults with intellectual disabilities. The role is a permanent full-time position, working 39 hours per week with a 5-in-7 roster including one weekend per month and one late evening per week (1pm-9pm).

You will lead the care team, ensure HIQA standards, and drive service improvements.
