ICU Clinical Facilitator & Nursing Education Leader

Cpl Healthcare in Cork City is seeking an experienced nurse educator for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Clinical Facilitator to lead the ICU and CT service and to advance patient care.

You will coach and mentor a multidisciplinary team, oversee clinical governance, and drive service development while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Applicants must be RGNs on live NMBI register with ICU experience; Higher Diploma in ICU desirable; leadership experience essential.
