Job Description
Carrington Blake Recruitment is looking for a First Line Support Technician to join the Digital and ICT Service Desk in South Tyneside. This role involves responding to inquiries, managing user accounts, issuing consumables, and escalating complex issues to the second line support team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a basic knowledge of IT equipment. The PAYE rate for this position is £13.47 per hour.
