As an ICT Engineer at Westmorland andFurness Council, you will play a crucial role in providing 2ndline ICT Support for all aspects of our ICT Infrastructure andSystems. As part of the operations team, this role will provide2nd line technical support services to all ICT end users withinthe Council covering on premise and cloud environments.
In this dynamic role, you will have theopportunity to implement best practices in ICT support andoperations, develop and maintain strong relationships withvarious teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives toenhance service delivery.
