Ice Rink Seasonal Duty Manager/Supervisors

Icescape at Bluewater is recruiting an Ice Rink Duty Manager and Rink Supervisors to help deliver a fantastic Christmas ice skating experience. This is a hands on leadership role helping manage the day to day running of the rink, supporting and motivating the seasonal team, maintaining high safety standards and making sure every guest receives a warm welcome and excellent service. You do not need to be able to ice skate - full training and ongoing support are provided, and a dedicated Medic is on site.

• Leading and supporting the rink team during busy daily operations
• Managing opening, closing and shift handovers
• Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a great experience
• Motivating the team and maintaining high standards throughout each shift
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Carrying out regular operational and safety checks

• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confidence working in a busy, fast paced environment
• Reliable transport to and from work, including early and late shifts

This is a seasonal role running across the busy Christmas period (November 2026 to January 2027, expected start 2 November 2026). Shifts will include weekdays, evenings and weekends; the rink is closed on Christmas Day.

Supervisor / Duty Manager: £13.50-£14.50 per hour, plus holiday pay of approximately £1.63-£1.76 per hour, a performance bonus scheme, full training, free parking and PAYE employment.
