ICE CREAM MAKER - VERDI'S, MUMBLES Craft Heritage Renowned Quality

We're looking for an experienced Ice Cream Maker to join the team at Verdi's - one of the most well-known and loved ice cream destinations in Swansea and beyond.

For years, Verdi's has built a reputation for exceptional ice cream, with customers returning time and time again for the quality, consistency and flavour we're known for. In peak season, we serve huge volumes daily, and our ice cream is at the heart of everything we do.

This is a role for someone who understands that reputation and takes pride in maintaining it.

What you'll be doing

• Producing high quality ice cream and gelato to the Verdi's standard
• Ensuring consistency across high volume daily production
• Developing and refining flavours, textures and recipes
• Managing production efficiently to meet demand in busy periods
• Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, organisation and quality control

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in ice cream or gelato production
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, flavour balancing and texture
• Someone who understands the importance of consistency at scale
• High attention to detail and pride in their craft
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high demand environment
