Professionals in the European team are mainly located in London, Paris and Frankfurt and work closely with other IBD groups and Global Capital Markets colleagues in Europe.The Vice President will primarily focus on driving, leading and executing prominent transactions; ensuring cooperation among key stakeholders within the Firm to deliver highest quality of service to the Firm's clients. As a Vice President, there will also be business development assignments involving interacting directly with senior-level financial and strategic decision-makers at our corporate and international clients. Responsibilities will also include:Creating and analysing financial models with a high degree of granularityPerforming financial, strategic and transaction structuring analysesCreating, drafting and taking ownership of presentations and memoranda for a wider audience both internally within the firm as well as externallyDay-to-day deal execution and project managementSupporting the senior bankers in marketing the firm's servicesRegular interaction with senior team members and client management teamsParticipation in client meetings on both execution and business development projects and active contribution to presentation during the meetingsProviding support, mentorship and supervision to junior team membersManaging the recruitment process of junior bankerQualificationsTop class Degree or overseas equivalent in or related to finance from a leading universityRelevant Investment Banking (corporate finance/M&A) experience or equivalent requiredExperience in Healthcare sector and corporate landscape is requiredFluent in EnglishStrong analytical and modelling skillsKnowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyse and value businessesA positive, highly motivated individual who exhibits strong leadership and management qualitiesStrong understanding of professional ethics and regulatory environmentDemonstrate best in class professional integrityExcellent oral and written communication skills are essentialStrong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to excellenceCommitted to delivery of highest quality work product; strong attention to detailProactive; self-motivated and goal orientedStrong organizational skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlinesStrong team player able to work effectively in a team environmentWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients - helping them reach their goals.
