IATF QMS Lead - Automotive Quality Transformation

Jonathan Lee is seeking an IATF QMS Implementation Lead to architect an integrated QMS from day one and drive cross-functional ownership. The role supports Ideagen as the QMS platform, balancing sequencing risk with practical ownership across the business.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end IATF 16949 initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure readiness for Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits during the transition from ISO 9001.
