IAM Governance Lead - Data & Access Champion

Marex is seeking an IAM Governance Lead to hands-on manage and enhance the in-house IAM governance platform. You will onboard databases and operating systems, run user access reviews, and drive data quality, control improvements and automation across the IAM stack.

Responsibilities include onboarding apps, databases and OS, coordinating with technology teams, and ensuring audit-ready evidence for compliance with FCA and other regulators. Strong IAM and audit experience required.
