Job Description
KM Recruitment is recruiting an IAG Advisor / Careers Guidance for a centre-based role in Nottinghamshire. You will work with individuals 1:1 and in groups, delivering careers advice, CV writing, interview techniques, and signposting to training opportunities.
The role requires an IAG qualification or willingness to work towards one, plus experience in advising adults or in customer-facing guidance roles, and an engaging, motivating approach to help clients overcome barriers.
