IA Senior Delivery ManagerAdvertising locationLeedsHours35Workplace policyHybridJob description What you will be doing - End-to-End Project Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IA projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility Agile & Scrum Leadership: Act as a Scrum Master, driving Agile best practices, facilitating ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), and removing impediments Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, Transformation Leads, and technical teams to deliver automation solutions Multinational Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate distributed teams across multiple time zones, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing Technology Enablement: Guide the adoption of OutSystems for low-code development, RPA for process automation, and Machine Learning/GenAI for intelligent decision-making Governance & Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to company standards, data security policies, and regulatory requirements Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for efficiency, process optimization, and automation scalability Risk & Issue Management: Manage risks, ensuring timely mitigation strategies and smooth project execution Who we are looking for- We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos.
