Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for service customers - in person, over the phone, and online
• Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient workshop loading
• Provide accurate estimates, explain service work clearly, and obtain customer authorisations
• Liaise between customers and the workshop, keeping both parties updated
• Promote additional services and maintenance plans where appropriate
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
• Ensure all invoicing, warranty, and service documentation is completed accurately
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role (automotive industry preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident with IT systems and booking software
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for customer care
