Job Description
About the Role 
As an experienced Hygiene Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a hygiene team and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and quality are maintained across the site within a fast paced production environment.
Key DetailsLocation: Rochester, Kent
Salary: £32,000
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm (45 hours per week, 1-hour unpaid break)
- Previous hygiene experience
- Previous experience managing, supervising, or leading a hygiene team
- Experience working within the UK food manufacturing sector
- Experience carrying out hygiene audits, inspections, and chemical checks
- Employment with a stable and well established organisation
