Job Description
Long Clawson Dairy Ltd is seeking a Line Leader for the Packing Hygiene team at Long Clawson (LE14 4PJ). The role involves managing the line, ensuring tasks meet specifications and efficiency targets, and working with the Team Leader to achieve departmental goals.
The ideal candidate has experience in food manufacturing, strong allergen and safety knowledge, and IT skills including Excel, Word, and email. A Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate is desirable; HACCP/COSHH knowledge is a bonus.
