HWRC and Plant Operative - Floating

In this hands on role, you'll help the public dispose of waste safely, support recycling and reuse, and ensure the site operates smoothly and responsibly. In this role as a Floating HWRC Plant Operative, you will be based at a local HWRC site; however, you may occasionally be required to provide cover at other HWRC sites to support operational needs, including periods of sickness absence, annual leave, training, or other unforeseen circumstances.
