Job Description

We are looking for a Heating Technician (CV) for one of our Dutch pharmaceutical clients to join their technical services team. This role is based at a high-tech production site where cutting-edge medicines and vaccines are produced for worldwide distribution.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a technically complex and regulated setting, contributing to systems that directly support life-saving healthcare products. You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team with a strong focus on safety, quality, and innovation.



The Role

  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of heating systems, including boilers, central heating systems, and heat pumps.
  • Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to critical operations.
  • Monitor system performance and maintain detailed logs to support internal audits and external compliance.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee technical activities on-site.
  • Carry out inspection rounds and contribute to continuous improvement of technical systems.



Who We're Looking For

  • MBO-level education in Heating Technology or a related technical field.
  • Valid CO certificate and VCA (VCA VOL is an advantage).
  • Ideally 3 years of hands-on experience in heating or climate systems, particularly within utility or industrial environments.
  • Experience with building-related systems in production facilities is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of or interest in refrigeration and air conditioning technology is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a GMP-regulated or compliance-driven setting.
  • Proficient in Dutch and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
