HVAC Technical Sales Representative

Technical Sales Representative / Sales Account Manager / Territory Sales Representative will join our mission to deliver innovative cooling, heating, dehumidification, and power solutions nationwide.

Technical Sales Representative / Sales Account Manager / Territory Sales Representative will focus on building new client relationships while maintaining and expanding existing accounts, representing one of the largest climate control rental fleets in the country.

An ideal Technical Sales Representative / Sales Account Manager / Territory Sales Representative will have a proven background in HVAC or industrial rentals, strong technical understanding, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Package & Location:
Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 base salary, with commission and bonus

Technical Sales Representative / Sales Account Manager / Territory Sales Representative responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to target new markets and grow revenue.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Keep accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and market trends.
• Attend ongoing training to stay updated on products and industry trends.

Technical Sales Representative / Sales Account Manager / Territory Sales Representative requirements:

• 3-5+ years of outside sales experience (HVAC or industrial rentals preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC and electrical systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to spend 90%+ of time in the field.
• Knowledge of construction, engineering, healthcare, and commercial real estate sectors a plus.
