HVAC Project Manager

Our client is a key player specialized in the sectors of heating, sanitation, and throughout the canton of Neuchâtel. We are looking for his replacement for a FIXED position of HVAC Project Manager (M/F). Holder of a vocational qualification in heating design or judged equivalent (energy engineering or equivalent) or possibly holder of a vocational qualification as a heating installer who is willing to learn and evolve through internal and external training, in order to grow within the company. Successful experience of at least 5 years in project management. Possess strong technical skills in hydraulics, and knowledge in thermodynamics would be a plus. Mastery of project management tools and reading plans. Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of responsibility are your strengths. Good team spirit and advantages according to profile and experience. Varied and technically challenging projects and progressive social conditions. Dynamic work environment with constant growth. Analysis of client needs, study and feasibility assessment, and cost estimation. Design and sizing of projects and subcontractors, and monitoring of works (costs, deadlines, quality). Management of internal and external teams. Technical and financial follow-up of projects. Reception of works and lifting of reservations.
