HVAC maintenance technician

Participate in the implementation of new HVAC systems. Conduct regular inspections, clean components, replace filters and carry out preventive maintenance tasks. Diagnose and repair breakdowns and malfunctions of HVAC systems (part replacement, adjustments, performance troubleshooting). Optimize HVAC system performance to ensure maximum energy efficiency and reduce costs with internal and external clients to understand their needs, explain detected issues and provide advice on operation and maintenance of the systems. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards for operation and maintenance. Participate in on-call service and adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules.PROFILECFC electrician or refrigeration technician, with very good knowledge of thermal engineering. Minimum of 3 years in a regulated establishment in Switzerland, in a professional engineering service, or knowledge of building HVAC techniques. Proven ability to analyze and resolve root cause problems. Flexibility in working hours. Ability to establish and manage relationships at all skill levels (written and oral). Experience in cross-functional teams and stakeholder management. Desire to learn and work in a team-oriented environment. Driving license required. Languages: Proficiency in French; English and/or German are an asset. Good command of O365 software, MS Office, SharePoint, Share file, SAP S4HANA; knowledge of APIs (Siemens, SAIA) and tools AdB, MCR (e.g., Honeywell, PCvue).
