HVAC Engineer - PPM & Reactive Maintenance Location: LE67 Sector: Logistics / Warehouse Environment Qualification Required: Level 3 and above

Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a stable role within a modern logistics and warehouse environment? Hays is recruiting for a skilled engineer to carry out a mix of PPM and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems on a busy operational site.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering planned preventative maintenance on all HVAC assets
• Responding to reactive calls and breakdowns
• Fault-finding, diagnosing issues and completing repairs
• Working safely within a high-volume warehouse environment
• Completing documentation and maintaining service records

What you'll need:

• Level 3 qualification or above in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Building Services
• Strong experience in both PPM and reactive maintenance
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving capability
• Previous experience working in logistics, warehouse, or similar industrial
