Job Description

ABM is recruiting an electrically/HVAC-biased tradesperson for on-site maintenance at LCY3. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs of mechanical and electrical systems, while ensuring safety, QA compliance, and accurate documentation. The role may involve assisting with other nearby sites.

Required certs include 2382 IEE, IP AF, PASMA, and HVAC qualifications; strong communication and team skills are essential for success.
