HV Substation Civils Site Manager - Groundworks Lead

Atrium Associates is seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to join our client's team on a HV substation project in Bicester. You will oversee a small team of ground workers and plant operatives, ensuring safety and quality on site.

Duties include managing a temporary access road, installing duct, HV, AC and BESS cable and pipework, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering the works within a 6-8 week window starting 10/08/2026.
