HV Stations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and prioritising of works for the delivery of annual work programmes
• Management and safe delivery of work programme for the specified geographical area, including CAPEX programs, OPEX programs and fault response works.
• Ensure that all team members are scheduled in the most efficient manner possible.
• Ensure that direct reports complete all work safely, on time and to standard.
• Carry out quality and safety audits as per agreed audit schedule and give feedback on performance to staff.
• Lead and develop the team
• Managing stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
• Ad hoc tasks & relevant KPI's assigned by Project Leader, HV Stations.

Experience and Qualifications

• Advanced Level 6 Electrical Craft Certificate / suitable Level 7 or higher qualification in Electrical, Electrical Services, Electronics, Mechanical or other suitable alternative qualification with a sizeable electrical theory content
• Knowledge in ESB work practice approvals & certifications
• Knowledge of high voltage network assets and standards
• Understands and applies the relevant Quality Management Standards
• Demonstrates knowledge of ESB Networks Safety Rules
• 5+ relevant years' experience

€55,000 to €70,000 per annum
