Job Description

At Bridgwater College Academy, we believe that exceptional teaching changes everything. We re looking an inspiring education teacher to teach Humanities subject, and elements of Citizenship or Social Studies, across Key Stages 3 and 4. The ideal candidate will be committed to nurturing a love of learning, encouraging independent thought, and helping students make meaningful connections between past, present, and future.

Qualified Teachers Pay Scale

Full time, Permanent

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • The ability to deliver high-quality Humanities lessons in line with the school s curriculum.
  • The energy, creativity, and resilience to bring learning to life
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to contribute to a supportive and high-performing department
  • A belief that every child can succeed, and that great teaching makes it possible
