The BBL, an autonomous entity of the City of Lausanne, comprises a team of approximately 70 people. Each year, our 40 dancers perform on the biggest stages, contributing to the recognition of our institution worldwide. If you are looking for an exciting HR challenge, combining management consulting, staff support, and HR project development, we strongly encourage you to send us your application.Human Resources Manager - 60%The position is directly under the Executive Management.Your future mission:- Define and implement the HR policy of the BBL, in agreement with management.- Develop and manage various HR processes.- Ensure compliance with labor law.- Provide advice and support to managers and staff on all HR-related issues.- Promote a conducive environment for the health and well-being of personnel.- Manage potentially complex or sensitive HR matters.- Optimize the management of working hours and its applicability according to internal regulations and the law.- Monitor absences.- Manage internal communications related to HR matters.The ideal profile sought:- A university degree in human sciences with an HR component or an equivalent qualification.- Proven professional experience of at least 8 years in an HR Manager function, preferably in an environment close to the artistic world.- A very good mastery of HR processes, along with confirmed experience in their implementation.- Good knowledge of labor law and social insurance.- Strong listening skills with high emotional intelligence, allowing for a nuanced analysis of complex issues and the ability to convey sensitive messages with tact.- A strong ability to synthesize information and solve problems while maintaining a global perspective and capacity for change management.- Experience in leading HR projects and strong writing skills in documents.- French language proficiency and mastery of English (written and spoken).Application deadline: March 10Start date: April 1 or to be agreed upon. jida2e2443aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
